How We Train

We offer a few options for classes, to help you meet your goals! Whether that be gaining skill as a martial artist, better fitness, or just a place to have fun and burn off some energy!

All of our classes have a spice of Taekwon-Do in them, as that is what we train! We are not, however a one trick pony. While we train in Taekwon-Do, our true specialty lies in personal growth and discovery! We care about our students, and their achievements, and it shows on the sweaty smiling faces leaving after class everyday!

What is Taekwon-Do?

Taekwon-Do is a journey, and the path can be as long as you’d like.

Taekwon-Do is an ancient Korean art, with roots going back over 2 thousand years.
Our style, ITF Taekwon-Do has remained largely unchanged since the 1960’s. Originally a method of Self-Defense during war times, today we use it as a means to gain Confidence and Self-Discipline. That’s not to say the self-defense aspects aren’t still prevalent, however we train our abilities with the intention of not needing to use them, and focus on controlling our actions.

It takes a lot of courage to take the first step, and it will always be met with respect.
Everyone has to start somewhere, maybe yours is here. Or maybe this is just another step along your path.

About Me

My name is Joshua Mack. I have been teaching and training in Taekwon-Do since 2016. I am currently a 3rd Dan Black Belt in ITF Taekwon-Do, promoted and trained under 3rd Dan Mr. Simonetta, 4th Dan Mr. Ayles, and 6th Dan Master Rowe.

In my personal life, I have been working in a leadership capacity for nearly 20 years, helping to inspire youth and adults a like to follow their dreams, no matter the obstacles.


It is my passion to lift others to greatness, no matter what that may look like. If you have the courage to step in the doors and join us on the mats, then you will be greated with compassion and a good strong kick in the butt. If that’s what you need.
